Volunteers at Northbridge serve to bring glory to God.
Our Mission is to make disciples of Jesus that result in new churches of disciple-makers started locally in Southwest Michigan and strategically around the world. This is both our mission and process for transforming people and communities. Out of gospel-centered service God is glorified and humanity flourishes.
We hope you will join us in making a world of difference today!
Hospitality
Volunteers on our Hospitality team are some of the first people our attendees come in contact with at weekend services. They serve our church every week or every other week. They greet people before services, help people find seats, park cars, help with safety in the parking lot and are all around the front line for guests.
Children
Volunteers minister to our birth - 5th graders during weekend worship services in Bridge Kids through singing with the children, telling stories and teaching the truth of God's Word. They check in kids, lead classrooms, provide assistance to classroom teachers and sing or play in the worship band.
Mercy Ministry (Projects)
Volunteers in our mercy ministry use their home improvement skills to cultivate gospel-centered community. Weather it is a cordinated project or a single handy man type fix our mercy minstry team help those in need.
Media
Volunteers on the Production and tech team keep things running smoothly during our weekend services and at events so that our attendees have a great experience meeting with the Lord and the church. They run the lighting and sound booth during services, livestreaming and online participation, put up slides for services and set up for services and events.
Worship
Volunteers on our Worship team use their gifts and abilities to minister to the church body through the expression of worship to the Lord through music. They lead worship at weekend services and other ministries and events throughout the week and sing or play an instrument in the worship band.
